~ Can I return my dress if I change my mind and decide
that I don't like it anymore?
Unfortunately, no. You will find that all bridal stores share this
same policy. Here's the reason why: Manufacturers will not
accept returned merchandise. Wedding gowns and dresses
are a specialty item; it is not merely a dress that you can buy
in a department store, return it, and then have another
shopper purchase that same garment. With wedding apparel,
it is much more rare for a bride to order a specialty gown in a
specific size and style, return it, and then have another bride
want that same gown with those specifications.

~ What if I receive my dress and it is damaged?
This is an extremely rare incident. To date, we have not
encountered this dilemma. We have heard this incident occur
with other bridal stores. We give you a guarantee that your
dress will be in satisfactory condition (see Our Guarantees).
For quality control purposes, we will inspect each gown or
dress that arrives from the manfacturer to confirm that
everything is up to our high standards. Some things are
completely out of our control such as what could happen
during shipping. Once again, we stress that we have never
had any problems with damaged garments. However, if this
unlikely scenario does happen to you, we will gladly
exchange the damaged item for the same exact style, size,
and color as your initial order.
